- MS Word .doc (Try to use this one, the links traverse the best. And do NOT click on this link in a Web browser that loads Word as a plugin, or the back arrow link won't get you to the previous link. Either config your browser to start up Word as an application, or download the file and open it yourself with Word.)
- Adobe PDF (The links inside the PDF don't work so well. Use only if you absolutely can't find a PC for the .doc version.)
