An Index Entry (<index.entry>) marks the place in a document to which an index refers. A single Index Entry (<index.entry>) may appear in more than one index, if a document has several indexes. This attribute names the appropriate indexes, so that the Index Entry (<index.entry>) bearing this attribute can be called out in each index as the indexes are generated. | ||||
